Keen Problems Due to OBESITY!!!

Obesity is the one of the major problem faced by majority of the people. All the credit goes to the present lifestyle and unhealthy diet. The person is said to be Obese is his Body Mass Index exceeds 30. If you see, obesity is not a disease, but it provides the entry of various diseases. Few of the diseases that are occured due to obesity are mentioned below.
Heat attack

Heart Diseases:
 The blood of the obese persons contain saturated fats, that gets deposited over the walls of arteries and veins. This narrows the flow of blood, which in turn increases the pressure causing heart attacks. This also causes, heart strokes, Coronary Heart disease, etc. All these will reduce your life span.

High Blood Pressure:
This causes hypertensions in person. The person gets angry very soon, losses his temper. This increases the work load on the heart, causing stress to heart. This can also lead to heart attack. The above figure shows the cause of high blood pressure.

Diabeties - Type2
The diabeties of non insulin dependent type is known to be diabeties of type2. This causes emergence of other disorders like heart disease, kidney disease, blindness and even early death.

Joint Problems:
As your weight increases, there is imense pressure between the joints.This pressure causes the damage of the protective cartilage that are present between the joints. This causes joint problems. The major joints that are being affected by obesity is Knee, lower back and hip, as most of the weight of the body is being balanced there.
From the above figure of the knee joint, it can be observed that as the fat deposition increases, the synovial fluid that is used for the easy movement of the joint will get damaged. This causes joint problems. This concept applies to almost all the joints mentioned above.

Sleep Anre:
This is a disease where a person snoors heavily while sleeping. This is mainly due to low breathing rate. 

Cancer:
Apart from the above mentioned disease, obesity also causes cancer. It causes cancer of rectum, colon and prostrate. Also breast cancer, ovarian cancer and cancer in the uterus.

SIMPLE WAY TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT

Now a days everyone has problem to reduce there over weight. All are trying hard to reduce there excess weight. Hi friends i am here to give you simple tips, which wont require hard exercises and tough diet. All you have to do is follow the few simple steps as given below:

1. Follow a regular and proper diet plan.
       This should contain all sort of nutritious food. The diet should contain less calorie, more nutritious food.

2. The quantity of food intake should reduce as the day comes to an end.
      You should take high calorie food at your breakfast. The quantity can be high.
       Lunch should be less calorie food and less in quantity.
       Dinner should be very light.

3. There should be an average gap to 4-5hrs between your food sessions.

4. Drink ample amount of water in a day.

5. Perform regular light exercises early morning and in the evening.

6. Avoid sleeping immediately after your food session.

  • 1.       Follow 1 proper diet system

  • 4.       Stop/reduce eating junk foods
  • 5.       Eat early any 3/4th of the stomach and fill the ½ of 1/4th with water
  • 6.       Drink ample amount of water everyday
  • 7.       Try to complete dinner 3-4hrs before you go to sleep.
  • 8.       Eat in the decreasing order from morning till night.

  • 10.   You can have it in the evening time, by replacing junk foods.

Initially eating 3 apples a day would be difficult, but you can start with how you can, and then increase it slowly. Don’t go beyond 4 apples per day. Take your proper diet; do not skip your normal diet.

HEALTH TIPS TO KEEP YOUR HAIR HEALTHY

As everyone wants to have charming and attractive hair. Along with it its also to be healthy. There are few tips that will be provided, with which you can make your hair more healthy.

TIP1: Using Multani mitti which is also known as Kaolin Clay.
This is used similar to applying shampoo to hair. All you have to do is follow the steps given below:
STEP1:
     Take 125gms or small equivalent amount of multani mitti in a bowl.
STEP2:
      Soak this in water for 2.5hours.
STEP3:
     Then mix it with either spoon or any things which suits you. Mix it thoroughly and make thick paste like chocolate paste.
STEP4:
     Apply this paste on to your scalp & hair. Apply thoroughly and massage for 3-7min.
STEP5:
     Rinse with water. At the initial stage you may apply twice. Follow the same procedure as mentioned above.

Advantage of Multani Mitti:
1. Natural product so no side effects.
2. On using twice a week, the hair becomes more smooth and silky.
3. Far better result is obtained than the chemical shampoos.
4. It also solves the dandruff, itching problem.

TIP2: Combination of lemon & coconut oil
This is some natural oil that has to be applied overnight and have to washed in the morning. Steps to use it are as follows.
STEP1:
     Cut 3lemons (normal size) into pieces, soak it in 100ml of coconut oil.
STEP2:
     Dry this in sun for atleast 10days. This will soften the skin of lime & gets dissolved in oil.
STEP3:
     Filter it and store it properly.
STEP4:
     Apply this oil and massage for 10 to 15min before going to bed.
Step5:
     Wash the hair with Multani mitti. You can use shampoo, but if multani mitti is used the effect will be more superb and faster.


Result:
     It will denser your hair and also elongate it.

So try this natural method and keep your hair healthy.

ACIDITY is formed due to imbalance formed in our diet. Excess of acidic food causes acidity. Especially flesh foods causes maximum acidity.

Today's health tip is to brighten your face from sitting at your home.

Its very simple to brighten our face just sitting at home. There's no need for going to the beauty parlor. 

All you have to do is just follow the steps given below:

1. Wash your face four times a day, morning, afternoon, evening & before going to bed. This washing has to be done with the help of a separate soap which is mainly derived from Ayurveda. 

2. After washing, wipe the face with a soft towel.

3. Use a moisturizer, apply gently over your face every time you wash your face.

4. But only for night instead of moisturizer use some natural ayurvedic which will cleanse the oil & dirt that gets settled on the pores of your face.

5. Morning wash your face with warm water.

6. This will help in removing the oil & dirt that gets settled in the pores of the face.

7. Repeat the above steps regularly & become bright.
