HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY: SIMPLE WAY TO SORT OUT ACIDITY

ACIDITY is formed due to imbalance formed in our diet. Excess of acidic food causes acidity. Especially flesh foods causes maximum acidity.

All you have to do is follow the DIET:
Breakfast - fresh fruits.

Lunch - light vegetables containing starch, like carrot, cauliflower, beetroot. Along with this desserts & fruits can be taken.

Things to be AVOIDED:
Carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, wheat flour, all products which contains sugar & wheat flour, all refined foods, fried foods, pickles, tobacco and cigarettes.

HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY

Today's health tip is to brighten your face from sitting at your home.

Its very simple to brighten our face just sitting at home. There's no need for going to the beauty parlor. 

All you have to do is just follow the steps given below:

1. Wash your face four times a day, morning, afternoon, evening & before going to bed. This washing has to be done with the help of a separate soap which is mainly derived from Ayurveda. 

2. After washing, wipe the face with a soft towel.

3. Use a moisturizer, apply gently over your face every time you wash your face.

4. But only for night instead of moisturizer use some natural ayurvedic which will cleanse the oil & dirt that gets settled on the pores of your face.

5. Morning wash your face with warm water.

6. This will help in removing the oil & dirt that gets settled in the pores of the face.

7. Repeat the above steps regularly & become bright.

By doing this you can see the bleaching effects very soon.
